How can it be, that the USA has the might to arrest someone in other countries? That is a dangerous power what the USA has, but this is not the meaning of this journal.

Megaupload is down. It give a good point of view what the music industries tries with all great sites who everybody can share stuff. Sites like YouTube, Wikipedia or Facebook and so on. But it is not really that was make me so upset. It is that the police says, and what the music and film industries says. That all who have made the Blackout day are Internet activist. ALL!!! The artist, the users, even the great firms like google, wikipedia or facebook. ALL are Internet activist who are hackers. And we all want to force the Bill to stop and want to harm the music and film industries. We all are equal like criminal internet pirates!

That is not my statement, that is the statement of the music an film industries, the police and now even the news medians. I could it read in several news that all who joined the Blackout Day are all (in short) criminals who would harm the industries of music and film. And that statement make me really sick. It hurt not only me. It is an insult for every internet user around the world.

Let's resist the system. If the film and music whores deliberately criminalize internet users, then we will simply never again go to the movies, nor will we buy a single DVD ever again! We will make low budget community pieces out of hobby and spread it for free (I'm already doing it with my music. Art isn't about business! We must ignore anyone and everyone involved with SOPA and PIPA! Who needs their resource-wasting entertainment anyway? The best films I've seen didn't even need special effects!

Best thing today is MLP FIM and this is not a top movie or an expensive Hollywood series. And Hasbro like the Fans on the Internet.

After the case with Megaupload, which was sued and forced to take down their video of artists who recommend the site, Anonymous then hacked a government website and Universal Record's website as well.

Just because people participated on Blackout Day doesn't mean they're hackers or criminals!

Seriously, ever since PIPA nd SOPA were introduced, Anonymous was on the government's ass, hacking websites when they deemed it necessary. Sure, music and film industries want to protect their media and other stuff, but calling all internet users criminals is just another stereotypical assumption.

The government's scare tactics are nothing new. It's been occuring for a long while now, and it looks like there's a clear indication that it won't stop until they get what they want.

I still wonder if Anonymous is on our side or they're just another player in this "game". So far, we're winning, but if the bill passes, it's goodbye to the internet!

It is sad to say everyone is an criminal just only because we protect our rights and freedom. This leads only to more hate over the government and the media industries. I don't support Anonymous but I must say, this time they are the good ones.

Scare tactics. They hope it will scare people to not pirate. It's impossible to stop something so good and appealing to the masses. This is just a way to draw attention and maybe bring down the illegal file sharing scene a bit.

Everyone knows the RIAA and MPAA are behind this. As something personal I've decided not to buy EVER again any kind of work associated with these two corporations.

It is really bad that we are just toys of the big industries, to become more money from us.
